Located in Fairfield NJ, Redi-Mail’s new sample fulfillment facility includes a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) approved sampling area, including a dedicated narcotics storage cage. Redi-Mail is also a Verified-Accredited Wholesale Distributors® (VAWD®) facility. VAWD is an accreditation status received from the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy® (NABP®), demonstrating that Redi-Mail’s pharmaceutical sample fulfillment facility operates in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, that Redi-Mail is validly licensed and in good standing with the appropriate authorities, and that Redi-Mail employs proper security precautions and best practices for the safe distribution of prescription drugs. Our custom designed, climate controlled, sampling facility is protected by extensive camera surveillance, a biometric scanning system and 24/7 security. The facility is operated using Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) industry standards, and utilizes a GAMP compliant, fully validated pharmaceutical inventory management and tracking system.

At Redi-Mail, inventory control and distribution is managed by state-of-the-art computer technology and quality systems in a paperless warehouse environment that provides accurate, real-time inventory control. Our employees are screened, trained and certified to adhere to the strictest security standards to ensure our clients’ sample fulfillment projects are managed end-to-end in a reliable, compliant and efficient manner.

Our fulfillment services include kit and literature fulfillment and can also include personalized mail components. As a select licensee of the AMA, ADA, AOA and ASHP databases, we are able to offer our clients’ turnkey programs to support their license validation, physician updating, sampling, personalized direct mail and fulfillment requirements. We are also able to integrate fulfillment requests, shipping data, sales representative trigger letters and customized member-driven programs. Redi-Mail can integrate these programs with your customer relationship management (CRM) system, including StayinFront CRM mobile or tablet based products offered by our sister company, StayinFront, Inc.
