It is important to not only properly prepare and qualify your mail but often times real time tracking is key to your programs success. This is particularly true with retail mail announcing sales or high priority or time sensitive communications. As members of the US Postal Service (USPS) customer council, Redi-Mail adheres to the latest USPS compliance regulations and is an approved technology partner utilizing the latest software such as NCOA, CASS™ Certified, Fastforward ACE, Zip+ 4 append and more. In addition we overlay real time postal data within our StayinFront Analytics software to provide robust decision support data that is quickly understandable and actionable.

| Geo-Code Mapping |
|
Redi-Mail offers the latest in geo-code mapping technology, a tool used to "target" certain business or office locations within a mileage radius of a determined area. A target can be identified through an SIC code, type of business, size of business, points of interest and/or landmarks.
Geo-code mapping is also able to target radius-selected households or businesses, improving the effectiveness of direct marketing campaigns such as grand openings, sales, or other promotions. Geo-Code mapping technology also provides a web based "locator" system, which works in support of a company’s project specifications and business requirements allowing detailed lookup applications in densely populated areas.

| Planet code Tracking |
|
Redi-Mail provides web based tracking and management of Planet codes for mail delivery. Planet code is a barcode technology, developed by the US Postal Service that allows mailers to print an additional barcode on a mail piece that provides tracking information on that piece. Companies can view information through a secure web site regarding delivery information for all mail pieces that were mailed from Redi-Mail with a Planet code. Redi-Mail can also create customized data exports of Planet code data to be sent to clients via FTP or other secure method.
Web based Inventory Management
Through intuitive and easy to use web based interfaces, Redi-Mail provides companies with the ability to edit and maintain their own master inventory list. Whether the inventory is rep triggered literature, multi wave direct mail campaigns or sample fulfillment, Redi-Mail ensures state-of-the-art inventory management of distributed and current levels of inventory via web-based systems.
Many-To-Many Design Module
Redi-Mail provides the ability to do statement type jobs that involve coordinating the relationship between a header and line item within a mail piece. The technology enables Redi-Mail to perform complicated in-line processing such as page and group sorting, text flow management and conditional page/graphical printing.

StayinFront Analytics is a powerful data analysis and decision support tool. StayinFront Analytics sits on any type of client database. Through the use of intuitive Drag, Drop and Drill technology, StayinFront Analytics can be used to quickly and easily analyze sales, marketing and financial information from any relational databases. StayinFront Analytics can be delivered as a Windows® application or through a browser, via the Web. There are no commands or complicated procedures to learn and information can be presented in either tabular or graphical formats.
